We look forward to providing a memorable experience. We would like you to help us maintain and preserve the ambience of this beautiful Villa and the community. Kindly adhere to the following guidelines and exhibit the accepted etiquette during your stay with us.

Access to the community is prohibited except for the parking your vehicle which is to be strictly parked only in the designated area within the community.
Please dress appropriately by wearing socially acceptable clothes when you are outside the Villa. Wearing swimwear and nightwear in public spaces of the community is prohibited.
Music can be played only of permissible volume in the designated areas within the Villa. Being within the White County community, please avoid playing loud music and ensure you help maintain the privacy of other residents and visitors.
No external speakers or audio - amplifiers are allowed to be brought into the property. It will be confiscated if you are found in possession of one.
White County is a silent zone. Please do not blow your car/vehicle horn. The speed limit is 30 KMPH for the safety of residents, pedestrians and joggers.
Any damage to the property/loss of items will be charged to the main guest and deducted from the deposit paid.
Furniture should not be removed or relocated from the designated areas.
Cleanliness is of prime significance. Refrain from littering the Villa or public spaces. Use the dustbins provided to do so.
Entry of any illegal substances into the Villa is banned. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Villa and kindly dispose off the ashes in the ashtrays and designated dustbins.
Use of any form of drugs within the property and community is strictly prohibited. In case you are found using the same, we will inform the local police authorities and you will have to leave the property immediately.
Bursting of firecrackers is not permitted within or outside the Villa and within the community.
Weapons of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed in the Villa.
The management will not be responsible for the safety of your valuables. They may be left in the lockers at your own risk.
